Please use this bin request online form for all bin enquiries including:
- requesting new bins. Note: new bins can only be requested if you are moving into the property within 5 working days or already residing at the property.
- reporting damage to your waste, recycle or garden waste bin.
- reporting a stolen bin.
If you do not receive an acknowledgement or reference number via email within three business days, please contact council at customer.service@sunshinecoast.qld.gov.au.
Note: Completing this bin request form will not automatically update your address details – if you need to change your address please complete our online form.
