Please use this bin request online form for all bin enquiries including:

requesting new bins. Note: new bins can only be requested if you are moving into the property within 5 working days or already residing at the property.
reporting damage to your waste, recycle or garden waste bin.
reporting a stolen bin.

If you do not receive an acknowledgement or reference number via email within three business days, please contact council at customer.service@sunshinecoast.qld.gov.au.

Garden waste bin terms and conditions - By ticking this checkbox, you accept that a fee of $60 per annum (pro-rata for part year) will be charged to your council rates. Should the service be cancelled part way through a billing period, no pro-rata refund will be issued.
