In accordance with the Sunshine Coast planning scheme, the private development industry delivers much of the important infrastructure for the coast community.

To provide a broader picture of infrastructure delivery achievements and allow better reporting of ‘as constructed’ data, council requests developers and their consultants to submit a brief summary of delivered assets[1165KB]. Submit this form when the scale of development triggers an ‘on maintenance’ period. Use the help guide[436KB] to assist in completing the form.

Submission of this form will start for all projects accepted ‘on maintenance’ from 1 July 2015. This information will allow council, in collaboration with the development industry, to share the good news of development on the Sunshine Coast.
