50th Anniversary Fund

The 50th Anniversary of the Naming of the Sunshine Coast will be officially commemorated on 1 August 2017. The Sunshine Coast Council has planned celebrations throughout 2017 to mark this historic occasion. 

Not-for-profit community organisations that operate within the Sunshine Coast local government area or can demonstrate the project, activity or event will benefit residents of the Sunshine Coast Local Government Area are invited to apply for a 50th Anniversary Fund grant. There are two types of grants available.

The 50th Anniversary Fund guidelines[336KB] should be read in conjunction with council's Community Grants Policy[74KB].
