Caloundra South developer Stockland officially started work on Bells Creek Arterial Road with a sod-turning event on Friday. This first section of road will keep extending to become a major new link to the Bruce Highway, joining onto the recently opened new Roys Road intersection. This road link could prove useful in the event of an emergency blocking Bellvista Boulevard by providing a second access road.
