Calls to Council’s Customer Contact Centres congested

A Telstra fault is impacting on Sunshine Coast Council’s Customer Contact Centres.

Phone calls and on-line services are affected – causing longer than usual wait times.

Council apologises to customers experiencing any delays in calls being answered, as well as cessation with live-chat connections, and asks that customers be patient while the fault is rectified.

Council is asking customers that if their enquiry is not urgent to please call back later today or email customerservice@sunshinecoast.qld.gov.au
