Join author Kylie Ladd on 21 May 2013 at 6.30pm for an entertaining evening where you will gain an insight into her compelling new novel Into My Arms. The brilliant new novel from the acclaimed author of After the Fall and Last Summer is a love story with a shocking twist. You will find out why Skye and Ben are so drawn to one another is the same reason why they must be apart.

Another date for the diary is Monday 27 May at 2pm when you can join romance writer Helene Young, author of Half Moon Bay for an entertaining literary afternoon tea. Helene Young, who is touted as Australia’s Nora Roberts, will have you enthralled to the last page in her new novel, Half Moon Bay. Book character Ellie Wilding has been running from her past, but when the residents of Half Moon Bay call for help she knows it's finally time to return home. As an international photo journalist, Ellie is used to violence in war zones, but she's shocked when it erupts in the sleepy hamlet on the north coast of New South Wales, threatening all she holds dear. As a storm rages and floodwaters rise, Ellie struggles to save her community. But who can she trust? Nick Lawson, the dangerously attractive stranger with secrets, or an old friend who's never let her down?

Bookings are essential to attend these two free literary events as refreshments will be provided. So gather your friends and call 1300 LIBRARY or visit council’s library website.
