The countdown to Cooroy’s biggest free, family, fun festival has begun. Mill Place will be rockin’ on 21 May from 9am to 4pm.
Asa Broomhall is headlining on the main stage with support from the best new artists on the Coast. The Gubbi Gubbi dancing troupe will also wow the crowd with an unforgettable cultural experience.
Will you be attending the events on health and wellbeing with workshops on tai chi, yoga, meditation and healthy eating?
Or will the food and market stalls selling local produce, fine foods and crafts be more your style?
Perhaps, you’re more likely to enjoy the literary tent with presentations from writers, poets and publishers.
For sport and athletic enthusiasts there will be interactive activities such as obstacle races and a squat challenge! Local gymnasts will perform floor exercises and demonstrate their tumbling skills whilst the tennis club will present information about their club’s activities.
Cooroy Fusion offers so many opportunities for you to connect with your community through music, markets, workshops, community gardening, food literature or rides for the kids.
There really is something for everyone. Be sure to pick up a program of the day’s activities from the Cooroy Library.
