String-rock sensation DeepBlue brings the experience of a lifetime to young musicians, aged between eight and 18 years, to attend July school holiday workshops at Sunshine Coast Council’s Nambour Civic Centre.
The workshops will culminate in a unique performance opportunity with DeepBlue in the Who Are You show on Saturday July 12 at Nambour Civic Centre.
Since 2007 DeepBlue have carried out workshops across Australia inspiring thousands of YoungBlue musicians. The winter workshops are a three-day creative learning adventure with industry gurus, guest professionals and members of Australia’s acclaimed, DeepBlue.
DeepBlue’s youth and creative education programs are famous for their immersive and rich experiences and aim to empower young musicians to think like musical entrepreneurs, incorporating all the elements of music performance. Price includes a ticket to the DeepBlue show and discounts are available for parents and family members of the participants.

Cost to attend the winter workshop program is $210 for early bird bookings (closes 28 June) or $260. DeepBlue will also be inviting, for the first time in Nambour, choir singers of all ages to join them live on stage for a surprise performance as part of ChoralBlue.
Cost to attend the DeepBlue Who are You performance is $48 for adults, $38 for concessions, SCvip Members and groups of eight or more, $30 for people 30 years and under, $26 for children under 17, $120 for a family including two adults and up to four children under 17 years, $38 for YoungBlue Parents and $12 for siblings of the YoungBlue Workshop participants.
