  • Friday 24 August 2012

Obtaining and keeping that first job will soon be easier for young adults thanks to information sessions to be held at Sunshine Coast Council Libraries across the Coast in September.

The sessions, developed in partnership with the University of the Sunshine Coast, Bendigo Bank, Queensland Youth Industry Links, Best HR and Workplace Support are designed to help young adults, over the age of 13 to get their first job.

All aspects of getting started on the journey towards your first pay cheque such as, where the jobs are, how to apply, writing a winning resume and importantly what your rights in the workplace are as a teen employee are covered.

Book into one of the following sessions today to ensure you have the right tools to increase your chances of securing a job.
