Free holiday activities at Sunshine Coast Libraries this winter
  • Monday 28 June 2010

Sunshine Coast Libraries are hosting a variety of activities to keep the kids occupied over the winter school holidays.

Old is New workshops are on offer at various libraries and incorporate old recycled items, old revived crafts and telling old fashioned fairytales, suitable for the entire family.

Four to eight year olds will love the Bee Happy Puppets and children aged five to 10 will be mesmerised by Indigenous storyteller, De Greer.

The over-13’s are invited to attend the YEAH! (Youth Entertainment All Hours) sessions where they can provide feedback on the types of activities and clubs offered and the resources libraries purchase.

All age groups will be catered for with a mixture of free and fee-based activities.

For more information on activity dates, times and locations, visit the Library websiteSchool Free Zone website or call 5475 8922.
