Event: Sunshine Coast Libraries focus groups for non-library members.

What:

With 120,000 plus members, the 10 public libraries on the Sunshine Coast offer great services to the community, yet there remains a significant proportion of the population who are not library members, and Sunshine Coast Council is seeking to find out why. Sunshine Coast Libraries are looking for people who are not already members to participate in focus groups to find out what the library can do for you. The focus groups will be run by Queensland University of Technology Information Systems Masters Students, who are working with Sunshine Coast Libraries to learn more about library services.

When/Where: The focus groups will be for one hour, and are running at the following locations and times:

  • Sunday 12 December at 10am in Noosa*
  • Wednesday 15 December at 1:30pm in Cooroy*
  • Thursday 16 December at 10am in Caloundra*
  • Thursday 16 December at 6pm in Nambour*
  • Friday 17 December at 10am in Maroochydore*

*Location to be advised following confirmation of attendance at focus group

Cost: Free.

Everyone who participates in the focus groups will receive a double pass to the movies, as well as the chance to win an Apple iPad.
