International comedy festival roadshow visits Coast

Sunshine Coast Council proudly presents the Melbourne International Comedy Festival Roadshow at the Nambour Civic Centre at 7pm on Sunday 20 May 2012.

Stuffing one of the world’s largest comedy festivals into the one show is no easy feat, but the Melbourne International Comedy Show has done just that with Roadshow 2012.

If you haven’t been able to get to Melbourne for the International Comedy Festival, here is your chance to enjoy a night of hilarious laughter right on your doorstep.

Offering a selection of Australian, international and special guest comedians, the Roadshow is all the best bits of the Comedy Festival condensed into the one travelling event. More than 300 shows contained in one – you can’t get better value than that.

Artists appearing at the Nambour Civic Centre include comedians Harley Breen as MC, Felicity Ward, Kate McLennan, Matt Okine and Bob Franklin.

Cost to attend is $42 for adults and $32 for subscribers. Please note, this show is not recommended for those under 15 years. The venue is licensed therefore those under 18 years must be accompanied by a responsible adult (parent or guardian).
