It’s OK to be beautiful at your local library
  • Wednesday 07 March 2012

Sunshine Coast Council is proud to present free ‘It’s OK to be beautiful’ information sessions at libraries across the Coast throughout April and May.

Neuro-strategist and author, Simone Leslie will share her 15 years of experience of helping people achieve their life goals, overcome past wounds and mental limitations so they can learn how to love their life.

In this 90 minute session learn the keys to unpacking your brain’s potential and how our thoughts affect our results. Discover how to harness your mind to achieve your goals and learn the key that opens the door to your dreams and full potential.

Library and Gallery Services Manager Ross Duncan said emotional distress can lead to genuine physical pain and it is important to provide the community with opportunities to learn new skills to cope.

"If you’re experiencing challenges or merely interested, we encourage residents to book into a Sunshine Coast Library session today," he said.
