Community partners

Sunshine Coast Council is looking to financially assist with the operational costs of local not-for-profit organisations that provide significant community benefit to Sunshine Coast residents.

The Community Partnership Funding Program provides financial assistance to help with the day-to-day running costs of eligible not-for-profits that provide facilities or services which align with Council’s corporate priorities and make a significant contribution to the Sunshine Coast community.

Multi-year funding is available to groups under five categories – Community Facilities, Community Safety, Community Development, Cultural Heritage and Economic Development.

Potential partners are required to contact a grants officer prior to starting an application for assistance in determining whether this program is right for you.

If it sounds like your group might be eligible, don’t delay as applications close 5pm Monday, May 25, 2015.

Visit Council’s website  www.sunshinecoast.qld.gov.au/grants for guidelines and application details or contact a Council grants officer on 07 5420 8616 or email grants@sunshinecoast.qld.gov.au.
