Last week to have your say about rates notices

Sunshine Coast Council is currently reviewing the way it distributes rates notices, options to pay and what prompts rate payers to contact council with rates queries.

Every six months council issues about 150,000 rates notices and quite a lot of people contact customer service with various rate related enquiries. The review aims to improve rate notice distribution and related customer service assistance.

If you are a rate payer in the Sunshine Coast region, council invites you to have your say via an online survey located oncouncil’s website – but be quick as the survey closes on Friday 29 April 2011.
