Michelle BridgesThere’s a buzz on the Sunshine Coast because the straight talking personal trainer of The Biggest Loser – Michelle Bridges – is coming to town!

Local company Premier Speakers and Events is hosting two not-to-be-missed events featuring Michelle Bridges, starting with an Evenings to Inspire dinner on Friday, April 1 at Sunshine Coast Council’s Lake Kawana Community Centre.

The evening is inspired by Hollywood-style glamour, with Tam Wrigley of YouTube sensation iStyle TV hosting the red carpet.

Guests will enjoy canapés and drinks in the courtyard, followed by a delicious two-course dinner where Michelle will present her inspirational keynote speech.

Michelle is Australia’s most influential personal trainer, has bestselling books, thousands of online clients with amazing weight loss results, and a national commentator on weight issues. It’s no wonder she is one of Australia’s most highly regarded health and fitness experts.

The following morning, Saturday, April 2, Michelle will be leading a group workout also held at the Lake Kawana Community Centre.

This will also be a popular event, as Michelle’s online 12 Week Body Transformation (12WBT) program has stripped over a million kilos off participants.

Even Michelle herself has been blown away by the amazing success of this incredible program and the weight loss transformations.

For workout participants, Michelle will be available after the workout for book signings including her new release Make it Happen or one of your favourite Michelle Bridges books like best-sellers Crunch Time, No Excuses Cookbook, Losing the Last Five Kilos, Your Best Body and Superfoods Cookbook. A limited number of copies of her new book will be available for sale on the day.

Owner of Premier Speakers and Events Fiona Roberts said she was excited to bring such a positive role model to the Sunshine Coast.

“We really look forward to hearing her inspirational message at both the Friday night dinner and the Saturday morning workout,” she said.

Tickets for both Michelle Bridges events are selling fast and are available via council’s venues and events website www.scvenuesandevents.com.au.
