Whether you are a regular bike commuter, a lapsed rider or thinking about riding to work for the first time, why not participate in National Ride to Work Day? Thousands of new riders are expected to join in from all parts of Australia.
To help celebrate the occasion, participants are invited to come along and enjoy a free healthy breakfast at one of three council locations between 7.30am and 9.30am:
- Caloundra Chambers (at Felicity Place, off Bulcock Street)
- Nambour Chambers (in the courtyard corner Currie & Bury Streets)
- Tewantin Chambers (outside the Regional Gallery)
Regular riders will be on hand to help you plan your journey and provide valuable tips.
Participants are encouraged to register their journey online at www.ride2work.com.au.
Visit council’s website www.sunshinecoast.qld.gov.au for further location information.
Ride to Work Day is run by all state and territory cycling organisations across Australia.
