Professional development workshop for emerging musicians and industry professionals

Sunshine Coast Council’s AMPED program invites emerging musicians and industry professionals, aged 18 to 30, to register for a professional development workshop to be held on 6 June 2013.

Taking place at local venue Solbar on 6 June 2013 from 6pm to 8pm, this workshop delivered by APRA aims to provide tips for protecting your intellectual property.

Learn about basic copyright and what you need to know about protecting your intellectual property rights, the copyright within a song and royalties.

The AMPED Live gigs will commence directly after the workshops at 8.30pm until late with Drew Wilson, Hayden Hack Infusion and Mitch Davis and the Dawn Chorus playing.

Council acknowledges industry partners QMusic, Footstomp Music, Cartelux Films and local venue Solbar who support the AMPED Live 2013 program.
