The latest round of the Regional Arts Development Fund (RADF) minor grants is now open and Sunshine Coast artists and arts workers are invited to apply for up to $2000 in skill development funding.
Community Programs Portfolio Councillor Jenny McKay said RADF provided opportunities for Sunshine Coast artists to develop their careers.
“These RADF grants support training and development for artists, which encourages originality and innovation, boosts employment opportunities and helps to develop our region’s art industry,” Cr McKay said.
RADF is a Queensland Government partnership through Arts Queensland and Sunshine Coast Council to support local arts and culture.
Applications for this round of RADF close at 5pm Saturday 1 June. The next major round of RADF — offering grants of up to $10,000 — opens 16 July.
