Phase Two of leading contact centre Stellar’s recruitment program is getting under way.
The Maroochydore-based company is now looking to hire another 100 Customer Solutions Specialists to work in its new centre and, with the assistance of Sunshine Coast Council, has organised two more information sessions for prospective employees to find out more about Stellar, its job requirements, its global organisation and its benefits.
The company has just gone “live” at its new centre in the Domayne Centre on Maroochy Boulevard.
The centre has provided a new employment source for the region with more than 100 people already recruited to support the service in roles from Customer Solutions Specialist right through to Training, HR, IT, Quality and Management.
In addition, Stellar has appointed numerous contractors during the fit-out and ongoing support and maintenance contracts, bringing further development and opportunities for business to the region.
“The support from Sunshine Coast Council and the local community has been overwhelming, making our choice of location an easy one to make,” Stellar Group General Manager Ian Morris said.
“We’ve been delighted with our experience in the region as the project has progressed, confirming we have made the right decision.”

Information sessions will be held on:
Wednesday, January 30 at Maroochy Surf Club, from 2pm to 3pm and 6.30 to 7.30pm, and
Thursday, January 31, at Lake Kawana Community Centre from 2pm to 3pm and 6.30 to 7.30pm.
