The construction hoarding on the new food and beverage offerings at Sunshine Coast Airport has been removed as part of the Sunshine Coast Airport terminal redevelopment.
Airport General Manager Peter Pallot said this marks another stage in the development process that will see the terminal reconfigured to accommodate increased growth, enhanced facilities and the end of security point congestion.
“The opening of Velluto and Sumo Salads will provide greater choice for our customers and will be followed by the staged opening of a new Newstravels, Ripcurl and Glasshouse Bar,” Peter Pallot said.
“The project will be completed by November this year and will see the opening up of the current ‘sterile’ departure lounge to incorporate the new concessions and access to toilets and wi-fi facilities.”
