Tools for school at your local library
  • Saturday 07 July 2012

Sunshine Coast Council is making homework and study even easier for parents and students by hosting a range of informative sessions at library locations across the region.

The Tools for School sessions are designed for children in grades 7 to 12 and will showcase the huge array of online content available for free, 24/7 to aid with even the toughest assignments. Your local library has tutors, newspaper articles, databases, books and smart phone applications to find reliable information fast, efficiently and from any location.

Sunshine Coast Libraries also offer homework assistance in a number of other ways. Staff are available at each branch, all day every day, to aid with research, information queries and provide reader advisory services. There is also a range of online databases and professional websites that are also available 24/7 via the library website.

For more information or to book into one of the following Tools for School sessions, visit your local Sunshine Coast Library in person or online at www.library.sunshinecoast.qld.gov.au.
