Will you survive the Hunter library lockdown?
  • Monday 05 January 2015

Teens are invited to take on all things dead while inside a locked Sunshine Coast Council library in January as part of the Hunter library lockdown.

The lockdown is an annual role playing, clue hunt where teens aged 13 years and over are locked in the library for two hours to find clues and complete challenges which will pave their way to victory.

Each year the theme and storyline change. 2015 Hunter is the Book of Bones and teens are invited to dress in commando or skull gear to participate.

Using various technologies, books, puzzles and physical challenges, teens must compete against the clock, and each other. Only one will be named the victor and be crowned Hunter 2015 to save the world.

Hunter will be held at the following library branches throughout January:

Caloundra Library Wednesday, January 14 from 7-9pm
